KOOLIFILM International Film Camp 2026 brings together young creatives aged 15–21 from Estonia, Europe, and beyond for an immersive filmmaking retreat in the countryside of Rannapungerja.
Work in small production teams to write, shoot, and edit an original short film, each with your own role.
You’ll also film behind-the-scenes content to document the journey.
This year the focus will be telling film stories through action and movement through use of both cameras and mobile phones. Learn how to tell a story through diverse camera angles and the importance of cinematography! Our goal is to give you experience using film equipment, while also introduce the use of the mobile phone: a powerful filmmaking tool that we carry with us everywhere! This way you leave the camp with the ability to make films in any situation, anywhere!
The dates are August 16-23, 2026. Participation fee is 240 eur with a downpayment of 80 eur.
